Leah Mary Freeman: Born Sunday, October 19th at 5:56 am.
At 41 weeks, Karen went for induction Saturday evening. She arrived at the hospital at 8 pm.
The induction process usually takes 18-24 hours. Between 1 am and 5:30 am, she went from 1 cm to 10 and all hopes of epidural went out the window. Five pushes later and only 10 hours after arriving at the hospital, Leah was born. We were both stunned at how quickly things transpired. Unanticipatedly, Karen had the experience of natural child birth ! So far all are healthy. Kare
